I used to think that my mommy style was a bad thing. It was only after I embraced the mom I am that I realized how happy it made me feel. Now, I embrace my mommy style because it’s what makes me who I am. I love being able to be the woman and mom that I am and wear what I want. We all have different paths and responsibilities and we all make sacrifices for our children. I’ve had people tell me I’m selfish because I left my career for my family but I don’t regret it one bit. My children will always come first no matter what. As long as you’re happy with the decisions you’ve made then it doesn’t matter how other people view them.

We all need to remember that we’re doing this motherhood thing together and while there might be some things we don’t agree on, we’ll get through this journey together.

You see this all the time on social media-women sharing messages of empowerment, loving one another, and inspiring one another. So my message to any woman reading this is this: Embrace your style because when you do so, it’ll give others permission to do so as well!
